The Bergamot restaurant was born out of a love for Paris and a desire to create a place where French classics meet refined Asian aesthetics—a feeling that is evident in both the menu and the atmosphere.
The heart of the project is signature cuisine based on rare and exceptional ingredients from around the world, personally selected by Chef Oleg Perfilov. Only fresh fish, never frozen; rare Far Eastern shrimp and seafood delicacies from Japan; premium beef, the finest seasonal vegetables, and farm-raised poultry. All recipes are developed by the chef, and the presentation is perfected.
Project co-author Alena Melnikova is responsible for genuine hospitality: she welcomes guests, treats them to champagne, and oversees the development of the restaurant's concept. "Our goal is to create a restaurant with soul, a signature approach, and attention to detail." We want guests to come to our new warm home, rejoice, and return as if to best friends."
